Dear Friends

Last few days were extremely exciting for the project.

We are extremely proud to share with you the results of the world building questionnaire. More than 100 people gave whose ages range from 18 to 70+. This is valuable feedback for a transmedia world that is only just starting. Attached you will find a PDF document with the answers.

MEETINGS

We just started reaching this point that the physical meetings are getting slightly hard to handle as they have reached the optimal number of attendees that can easily share a round table discussion. (12-16)

If we are too many, the discussion does not reach sufficient depth. If we are few there is not enough diversity to sustain creative debate .

The round table format is wonderful as it accommodates the immediacy of collaboration.

Therefore a suggestion is to keep the groups smaller, and start to form individual  teams with different interests and allow for scheduling flexibility.

Afterall a true collaborative project must be decentralised and autonomous to be ready for the era of Web3, And we have more than a few platforms (Discord, Notion, Messenger) to organise ourselves

NEXT STEPS

• Creating the Short film and Art piece to celebrate the foundation of Metacities ATH3NA. Similar Foundation questionnaires and art-works can take place in other cities and countries using the same methodology. Essentially what we are doing we are establishing a Futuristic Geolocated Narrative Metaverse.
• Upon finishing world Canons we will start accepting the first Art works which are already accepting the voting validation procedure. But first we need to sign I.P. contracts as it is of outmost importance to understand that what we enter into the storyworld can and should be used by others.
• Have serious fun and enjoy the unlimited variations of collaborations we can share between us for this project and all others that stem from it.
